This newly engineered product incorporated a base material that is an eco-friendly multilayered paperboard designed to have exceptional formability; added to the top is a barrier coating that provides excellent protection against moisture, oxygen, and grease. This thermoformed design creates added rigidity and stiffness once the paperboard gets formed into a tray.
