The GN800, another of BMG’s custom-configured production solutions, offers a category-leading high-speed, plug-assist, form-cut-stack thermoformer with a unique optional punch station that can be designed into the existing structure. All of these unique features are designed and engineered with our customers' end use in mind. We don’t just assemble off-the-shelf prefab technology to keep the inventory moving; we engineer and create custom configurations that fit our customers' needs to a “T.” This engineering marvel is designed to perform beyond expectations using fully integrated servo controls throughout–including the movable top and bottom platens for precise forming and cutting of parts. This innovative BMG solution sets the stage for precise forming and cutting of parts and offers a bigger-than-average platen configuration for larger customer needs. With the input of customers and toolmakers, BMG developed the GN800 to provide industry-leading, cost-effective, and high-speed part production that leads in all categories. The most distinctive features of the GN800 are the high degree of automation as well as the easy-to-use tool change system, which reduces downtime for machine reset. Time is money, and BMG realizes the need for speed and functionality.

This all-star can handle it all, capable of forming CPET, PET, PP, HIPS, OPS, PVC, and more blends, including CPLA, PLA, and other biodegradable materials. The GN915 is exceptionally flexible and can be combined with scrap grinders, padding systems, and inline packing systems to complete your production custom-configured thermoforming line.
