BMG promotes from within to fill a leadership position.
BMG is pleased to announce the promotion of Cody Bartlett to Vice President of Engineering. In his new role, Cody will drive innovation and engineering excellence across the organization, supporting the company’s growth and continued leadership in innovative product development in the thermoforming market.
Mr. Bartlett holds a degree in mechanical engineering and brings extensive experience in engineering leadership, product development, and technical innovation to the manufacturing and thermoforming industries. He has a proven track record of driving complex projects, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering innovative solutions that support business growth and product leadership.

Cody has advanced his career quickly, working his way up through the ranks of the auto industry engineering world, holding positions as both a design and manufacturing engineer before joining BMG. He has brought Tier One automotive machine-engineering expertise and previously served as BMG’s Engineering Manager and Director ofThermoforming Engineering before this pivotal promotion. In his new capacity, he will be impacting and guiding the process and execution of an engineering department of 25 people.
