BMG has brought in a seasoned veteran to guide its aftermarket parts & services offerings.
They are excited to announce that Barry Harris has joined the team as Vice President of Global Aftermarket Parts and Services, where he will lead integral initiatives focused on profitable growth and enhanced services centered around customer success.
In his new role, Barry will oversee global growth strategies across all of BMG’s aftermarket parts and service portfolios. He will guide the development and execution of key commercial initiatives—including account management, channel expansion, and the coaching of high‑performing, cross‑functional teams. His priorities will include optimizing parts and service offerings, strengthening brand positioning, and driving long‑term customer retention and growth.

Mr. Harris brings more than two decades of experience advancing aftermarket growth for leading industrial manufacturers. Throughout his career, he has consistently delivered strong B2B results by scaling revenue, expanding product portfolios, and building market‑leading digital and go‑to‑market capabilities across commercial markets.

Most recently, Barry served as Vice President of Global Marketing and Business Development at Cloyes Gear & Products, where he led market positioning and aftermarket growth strategies. Before that, he held leadership roles in the aftermarket in Sales, Marketing, and Category Management at The Timken Company, playing a key role in expanding market share and elevating brand recognition among automotive and heavy‑duty customers.
