Mr. Dobler, who joined BMG back in March of 2026, brings over 20 years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, and operational leadership across a wide range of industries and verticals worldwide. He has a proven track record of driving performance, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering innovative customer-focused solutions. As a driving force behind discovery, he has been tasked with working on creating what's next for their customers and the thermoforming industry at large. In his role as Director of Operations, Don will oversee the overall operational strategy and companywide execution, focusing on driving growth, improving performance, and supporting BMG’s long-term objectives in the thermoforming market.
