BMG continues to strengthen its roster by promoting from within.
In its continuing efforts to put the best people in the right positions, BMG is pleased to announce the promotion of Jason Foster to Vice President of LEAN and BMGx Business Systems. In this targeted new role, Mr. Foster will lead the company’s continued efforts to strengthen operational excellence and direct efforts to embed the BMGx Business System across the entire global organization. These two programs specifically enhance the connectivity and cross-functional advantages of continuous improvement at the highest and most expedient levels while creating an environment where innovation builds short and long-term opportunities that lay the foundation for targeted growth. Jason’s guidance in these efforts supports the company’s accelerated growth plans and continued leadership in innovative product development for the worldwide thermoforming market.
Mr. Foster, who previously served as Senior Director of LEAN at BMG, brings extensive experience in leanmanufacturing, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing sector. He has a proven track record of driving efficiency and implementing strategic lean principles across multi-site organizations.
