BMG annouces internal promotion of Amy Widdis
BMG is pleased to announce the promotion of Amy Widdis to Vice President of Human Resources. In this role she will ensure that all members of the BMG community are equitably represented and have the resources and support they need to succeed.
In her new role as Vice President of Human Resources, Amy will oversee the company’s global human resources strategy, focusing on talent acquisition and development, employee engagement, organizational eff ectiveness, and the development of a high-performing workforce that supports BMG’s long-term objectives in the thermoforming market.
She will guide the development of key employee initiatives grounded in growth potential, performance, and process. Her priorities will include optimizing HR processes, strengthening brand socialization, and driving long‑term employee retention and growth.

Ms. Widdis, who was promoted from Director of Human Resources at BMG, earned her bachelor's degree from Saginaw Valley State University and will continue to be based at BMG’s global headquarters in Beaverton, Michigan. She brings extensive experience in human resources leadership in the manufacturingsector. She has a proven track record of developing talent, fostering a strong organizational culture, and supporting business growth through strategic HR initiatives.
