BMG today announced that Tim Carpenter has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer. Tim began his new role on June 2, 2025.
Tim is a proven CEO with over 25 years of experience leading high-performing manufacturing organizations in the industrial equipment and automation sectors. He brings extensive general management experience both in world-class manufacturing companies and in private equity environments.
Tim most recently served as the CEO of ProVeyance, a private equity-backed conveyance equipment and precision fabrication platform company, where he completed full organizational alignment and implemented best-in-class LEAN operating business systems and 80/20 manufacturing principles.
Previously, Tim was the CEO of CST Industries, a manufacturer of industrial storage products serving the water, wastewater, oil and gas, desalination, bioenergy, and dry bulk markets. Earlier in his career, Tim gained significant operating and leadership experience at several blue-chip corporations, including Dayco Products, SKF Corporation, Rexnord Corporation, Gardner Denver, and United Technologies.
