When shopping for fresh produce, you understand the importance of purchasing fresh, undamaged products. This is especially true for berries which are easily damaged in transit. Enter the thermoformed berry box (or punnet) to the rescue. These plastic boxes hold fresh berries safe and secure while allowing room to move during transport. The lid is designed to nest one box on top of another. The rigid box protects the fruit from pressure damage due to the weight of other boxes stacked on top of it. The side vents in the walls of the container deliver air flow to keep the produce fresh and the pad in the bottom of the box absorbs excess moisture.
